Everyone has them, so what are yours? For me, the best thing is when you've been running for some time and you get to the point where your breathing is set in a rhythm and the air going in your lungs feels like water. :eek3: Like you're drinking the air. Can't explain it, but if you know what I'm talking about,

I like the days when things feel easy. Sometimes when I'm lifting, even though its more weight than I've ever done before, it just feels so easy pushing/pulling the weight. Feels like I have 20lbs in my hands. Makes me feel like I've accomplished something.

I agree with this, but in a different way. What used to be impossible weight before, either a few weeks or months ago, now feels really good to lift. Not that it feels light, but manageable.

Mm, know what you're sayin. Just did 3 miles plus 5min jump rope, and it felt like I was just talking to my friend while jumping rope. No effort at all

For me, my favorite is the shower after I've had a GOOD workout and a nice shake while I'm still pumped.

2 days after leg day you drop your phone by accident and it takes 30 seconds to pick it up b/c your entire lower body is so sore that any downwards movement paralyzes you

Simple pleasures? Smelling the sweet aroma of a stinky protein fart. And before you say gross, everyone likes their own brand. It's even better on a hot Florida day, 80% humidity, child lock on the windows, 4 buddies in your car and you turn on the heater. That my friend, is a simple pleasure.

drop sets... my bench is already weak as fuck, but if i pump out 8 reps of 50's on incline then drop to 25's and sit there doing like 6-7 reps and struggling like hell on all of them, it just makes me laugh.... seriously i'll start lol'ing and grinning in the gym because its funny to feel know how light the weight is yet see myself failing to lift it.

busting out more reps on DLs than I thought I could is always a g reat feeling.
