Simple, effective BB'er diet.

    Diet (Protein/Carbs/Fat):

    Post workout (4:45 AM):
    1 1/2 cups of oats(15/80/9)
    Branched Chain Aminos/Glutamine/Creatine (20/0/0)

    5:30 AM:
    12 whites, 1 yolk (49/0/5)
    2/3 cups rice (0/27/0)

    8 AM:
    8 oz chicken breast (72/0/8)
    2 cups white rice (0/80/0)

    11 AM:
    8 oz chicken breast (72/0/8)
    2 cups white rice (0/80/0)

    2 PM:
    8 oz chicken breast (72/0/8)
    2 cups white rice (0/80/0)

    5 PM:
    8 oz chicken breast (72/0/8)
    2/3 cup white rice (0/27/0)

    9 PM:
    8 oz round steak (72/0/12)
    veggies, microwaved (negligable calories)

    11 PM:
    4 oz chicken breast (36/0/4)

    (Also having as much diet soda, black coffee with splenda, and sugar free gum as I want.)

    TOTAL protein/carb/fat: (480/374/62) (3974 calories)

    LOL not one soul on here will use that much protein or cals. But its a great template...just use the foods and adjust the amounts accordingly.

    Whats he on mike? I seen him on your forum. Gotta remember, drugs allow alot more cals to be consumed. Esp some of the doses i see on your board :rofl:

    He's not on much right now.. he's not preparing for a show, he just kinda lives the BB'er lifestyle year round.. doesnt really like to "bulk" because that typically entails gaining some fat.. doesnt like to cut because that entails losing some mass.. he just maintains 5'9, 205 at a low bf all year round.. lives in Vegas so he's gotta look sexy for the ladies :o

    i am interested to know how you cope with so little sleep?? everything i read is saying get at least 8hrs...is this just what works for you???

    It's not me.. but everyone is different. You see Ronnie going to sleep at midnight and getting up at 530am.. steroids are a helluva drug.

    its not roids, its a bf thing. The leaner i am the less is sleep. 6 weeks out from a show i sleep from 12-5 and its not because i want to. I just wake up ready to go. Offseason if im heavy and 12-14%...i sleep like 12 hours

    not sure, never realy studied it. I think its just being in proper balance physically and menatally(for the most part) Also you tend to pass the fuck out after a full day of work then training and cardio on limited cals. I think i end up getting straight REM sleep

    I'm know very little except what I hear from guys I train with and some of the doses I hear tossed around scare me.

    so it's safe to say that for a man of your age a 20 minute nap will suffice for the week? :O
