simple carbs (pasta, energy drinks)

    how long after ingesting them does it take for that energy to be available to your body.. how long before going to lift should you eat that big plate of pasta so all those carbs and simple starches can keep you moving in the gym?

    i'd like to know that as well, i usually eat some after i drink some creatine ~30-45 mins pre workout

    :dunno: but i always seem to have a better workout if i have carbs beforehand

    if i have boiled oats 60-75 minutes pre-workout i notice a significant energy difference during workout than without them.
