I feel like such a noob asking this question...:hsugh:

So I downloaded Azureus but can't seem to figure out a way to get the white disk icon off of my desktop. It's actually the program. I've downloaded it to my Applications folder and still no luck.

I know this sounds petty but much like all of us, I love a clean and clutter free desktop. If anyone has any ideas let me know...if I move the icon down to the trash it ejects it instead of deletes it. I'm still learning...:noes:

Eject it, select the downloaded .dmg file, and delete that.

When you open the white folder, drag the Azureus icon to your applications folder, then eject...

    yeap...
    1) open up that white thing on your desktop
    2) drag the azureus icon into your applications folder, that will install it
    3) click on the white thing on your desktop and drag it to the trash
    4) done
