So, when good photos sell do the top artists out there put a signature on the photo, on the mat or just leave it blank?

What about titling the image? On the mat?

What about position, bottom right for the signature/logo, bottom center of the mat for the title?

What's the consensus ladies and gents?

    Baz.

I can't say I have seen anyone that does that for themselves, when other people produce or reproduce the work I have seen it done but it nots common in my experiances. Signing the back is a common practice though.

Normally theres just a small tag off to the bottom right with the "Title", Artist, year of creation and if forsale, the cost.

    Thanks dude,

I should probably be a little more specific though. I am talking about photos that are printed and then those that are also mounted with a card mat and/or frame.
