sickness ruining my results!!!!!

    I have been really sick lately. For about 2 weeks my allergies were bothering me every single day... Not only did that kill my workouts but it also hurts my cutting. After that it finally began to subdue itself, and then I get hit with this horrible head cold! :rolleyes:
    Stuffy nose, headaches, INCREDIBLY sore throat, cough, etc.. All together I have been sick for like 3 weeks now. I have been going half assed in the gym, and instead of going 5X a week, I am there 2-3X a week. Plus, I am cutting, but I need to keep food in my stomach. All that mucus and phlegm that I swallow will make me nauseous unless I have food in my stomach... Which means I have been eating nearly 1,000 cal's over where I want to be.

    This really fucking blows. Its like I take 5 steps forward and 3 steps back. Is going to take me another few months to get where I want to be. These 3 weeks off really set me back :o

    stop going to the gym - it is harming you more then helping

    get healthy then worry about training again

    Well when I did workout during my allergy phase I only went at night (my allergies are always better at night than in the day)... But ever since I got this cold (going into my 4th day now) I have not even thought about going to the gym... It hurts to fucking talk :rolleyes:

    Yeah it sucks being sick, I just got over Mono. Needless to say all of my lifts have gone down, except for my deadlift for some reason. :dunno:

    Get some Allegra.

    I got food poisoning saturday and its already made me miss two workouts, my shits are becoming more and more solid by the day but I'm going to skip today as well, I'll be back in there Thursday. No leg day today. :wtc:

    i got a bad cold like 3 weeks ago and lost like 10-15 lbs in a week. that sucked

    just wait it out. going to the gym when i was recovering from a cold was one of the worse things i could have done

    158ish right now. I was up to like 165 or so then fell to 150.



    and you are probably right, that cold capped off a week or so of schenanigans.

    Sick sucks :hswavey: going on 5 days of cold/flu here too. Just focus on getting better.

    throat is feeling a bit better and I am not quite as tired... Though still really congested.

    I am hoping to hit the gym Thursday... I cannot WAIT to get back in.

    :wavey: That's what I'm planning for too. Feeling better today but I want to make sure it's all gone so I don't throw myself back into conniptions.

    Yeah, I am feeling better, but I have some stuff to take care of with finals and I want to be 100%, so I think I am going to wait until tomorrow.

    It will be about nearly 2 weeks out at this point.... I have not taken that long off of the gym in a couple of years :wtc:
