    I came down with the Flu Monday and I am sick as a dog :wtc: . I just came off a Clen Cycle for 2 weeks and lost 20lbs, and I've lost 3 more this week.

    I've been training hard for 9 months with no more than a one day break inbetween workout days. I want to go back and train but it'sprobably not the best for recovery, and it pisses me off when I dsee other weightlifters in the gym sick.

    How long does it take before you start loosing muscle mass from not working out? So far I've been out of the gym for 5 days and it's kiling me :mad:
