Sick, gym or no gym?

    Well I think I've finally caught something similar to the flu. I was throwing up last night and today I just feel weak and sluggish. Go to the gym tonight or not? On the one hand, I don't think the rest would hurt any, but on the other hand, whenever I feel crappy, lifting makes me feel quite a bit better.

    i'd stay home

    i figure if i stay home i'll get better faster, so techincally i'll be working out harder sooner

    I stay home for the flu or if I don't feel like I can push myself as hard as I want to, but otherwise I go.

  12. If you are going for strength, rest. Size, sure you can probably turn out a good workout if size is your goal.

    rest.....dont get other peopel sick because of your ignorance. I hate that shit. Im sick too but I am staying home and resting until I get better.

    a couple days wont hurt...I work out when im sick...it actually helps me get better faster

    I went down to the apartment gym and rode the bike for a few minutes. It helped me feel a little bit better, but a full workout wouldn't have been good at all.
