    woke up this morning, two rounds of explosive shits.

    follow that up 5 minutes later with nasty dry heaving.

    and im going to try eating my normal foods in like 30 mins. do it or not?

    I've had this bad cold/cough/sore throat all week. It's been rough. I tried the gym, but I just don't have the energy and I can't get enough air in. I'm hoping to be better after finals and start back after finals.

    i guess its a courtesy to all the healthy people at the gym to not go in sick tho :bowdown:

    Alcohol has such a horrible effect on training :rofl: I was so much weaker on my last squat day because of it :o

    Nearly 3 weeks into a bad cold/respiratory infection.

    It's a lot better now, but still a bit of fatigue, coughing, minor sore throat.

    I am trying to get 100% again so I can go get a damn flu shot!

    hungover, gonna work out in a minute. alcohol really does suck the pump juice out of my muscles.

    I've learned to just throw down some shots if I want to drink. I don't do beer or anything anymore at all.

    Though Strong Islands always call my name, so shitty just full of sugar and awfulness, so good though

    I don't drink often and when I do drink it's usually not much (like a couple beers) but if I go out with the intention of getting loose and tipsy I just drink straight hard alcohol like shots or whisky on the rocks, etc... It seems to pass out of my system easier for the next days workouts/activities.

    I have had some of my best workouts hung over, but its usually cuz I eat a shitton at 2AM while hammered. Seems to help

    I've been feeling pretty sick lately, and I'm not sure if I should work out today. My abs are really hurting, so I'm not sure if maybe I should take a day off, or should I man up and go? I know I should stay consistent, and I don't want to break my habit. What does everyone think? Should I go anyways?
