I'm still fairly new to hitting the gym but I have been now for about 1-2 months. I've been slowly formulating routines for different days but I find myself leaving delts out of the equation because my right shoulder always feels out of place for most excerises involving solely delts (lateral raises, front raises..) I've heard that a shoulder popping out can be a common for some people. Anyone dealt with this or know any solutions?

lanceuppercut/y1997: Sorry I don't really know the proper terminology here. It just feels like it's out of the socket, but not to a major extent.

Abomb: I've considered that but I'm afraid of an injury..

What Abomb is doing is retarded. If you fell it moving out of place, then that meanst it is dislocating/coming close to. I would suggest staying away from anything that can lead to a dislocation, it is a nasty injury and takes a LONG time to recover from. Does it bother you when you do push excersies? (benchpress, military press, dips)

are you retarded? It does not move out of place, just feels a little strained. That muscle group is getting bigger and stronger from what I have been doing. Yes you are correct  I am retarded.

Start at really really low weight and make the muscle stronger then move up in weight.

Then why are you telling him to just man up and keep doing it?

My joints always click and pop during certain exercises. When I do leg curls and leg extentions, the muscles around my knee all click and pop. when i work my shoulders and exercises that involve my elbow, they all click and pop. i dont know why the fuck it does that. I figure because I'm just starting to work out, I'm weak and my body isnt used to it.

It bothers me very slightly and only sometimes during benching. I've found it to get better during benching with time. The atraumatic instability sounds closest to what I'm describing. Thanks for the link mike I will try the exercises to help stabilizing it.
