Doing shoulders in general is my new favorite muscle group to work out. I never really paid to much attention to them when at the gym but i noticed the other day just how much of a broader look you get from strong muscular shoulders.

I went crazy from June 05 to june 06 doing a push pull routine. Now i graduated college and have a job so i dont have much time anymore so I just try to get in the gym 30 minutes a day and do a different muscle group each day. (Mon: shoulders, Tues: chest, Wed: bicepts, Thurs: shoulders, Fri: Chest). I really only care about chest and shoulders now.

For shoulders i usually do Military/Arnold Press, Upright Rows, and Lateral Dumbbell Raises. Any other suggestions?

It takes heart, blood, sweat and tears to train legs hard!! It takes a real man to put big weights on his back!! If all you do is lift upper body than you are a fucking guido, dipshit, wannabe, willneverbeanything, dumbass!!!

They only thing i like about training my legs is that its the only time i work out and feel the burning and like i'm going to throw up. Its the only group where numbers climb fast and i feel like i'm making progress.

legs have the biggest muscles in your body, release the most growth hormones, keep you symmetrical, carry the heavy load you build on top...

:ugh: you do realize that leg extensions put the most stress on your knees and are the first exersize that you should drop if you have knee problems

there is nothing wrong at all with doing squats if you do them properly

wish I could get a pic of this guy that goes to my gym... all he does is work upper body, and granted he is pretty built. But his lower half and legs, look like that of a 14 year old girls, no lie. THIS is reason enough to work legs, one word... PROPORTION.
