Oh hi, I am trying to dramatically pick up my shoulder width, any one know a good way to pick it up?

you can put muscle on your shoulders. in purs routine there are a couple shoulder exercises. thats about all i can think of. military press, side laterals, rear laterals, shrugs?
Shoulder width is 90% genetics.
bone structure for the most part.

Yeah, like how they're genetically programmed and stuff.
You can add "some" size to the outsides of your shoulders with nice delts etc. But for the most part, if you dont have the width by the time you are 16, its not gonna happen.
really broad shoulders isn't that great, i have a hard time finding shirts that fit right...
i don't want monster shoulders, but i kind of look triangular, so i thought about adding some width to my shoulders.
Widen your back and work on your side delts.
Also a slim waist will increase your shoulder:waist ratio.
Even if you've got narrow shoulders, you'd look a lot bigger with a 28 inch waist than a 34
you guys are crazy... doing upright rows and a lot of side delt work has really been increasing my shoulder width
lateral raises with the 100's really tear me up good. gotta swing 'em a bit.

We said, you can increase your delts, but, the width of the bone structure remains the same.

I all add some more delt exercises in their.
My shoulders are so fucked up that doing lateral raises with the 5lb'ers tear em up real good. I still have to swing em a little though.
Heavy overhead pressing along with lots of upper back and lat work.
