I hurt my shoulder a couple months back that forced me to take a 2 week break. It got mostly better but to this day it still hurts. When I lift there is slight pain sometimes, but I work through it fine. And then sometimes at night when im just resting I can feel the pain in the shoulder. So I guess my question is, is this pain ever going to go away? I guess I should see a Doctor. I really don't wanna take another break, I'll put up with slight pain just so I can keep training. anybody experience similar problems??
