Basically if I leave my either one of my arms down for a while and then move it up in a certain direction they'll both pop once. It doesn't hurt at all and I have full range of motion, no problem working out etc. I'm just wondering if it's bad and if could it get worse and start to hurt? Anything I can do for it?

It's in my multivitamin, whey, cottage cheese and lots of other stuff I eat so I think I get enough.

If it's really concerning you, go to the doctor.
