shoulder pain

    I have a lil problem with some should pain lately when working out only on certain excercises like military and incline. Bench does not hurt and neither do flys. Sometimes push ups send a tingle like pain to it but not much. It hurts mainly on the top of my shoulder. Its only the right shoulder not the left. Im considering going to the doctor about it. Everyone thinks rotator cuff but I dont know how I can throw a baseball or football with no problem along with swinging a bat or golf club. Anyone ever experience anything like this? It feels like something is grinding when Im having pain doing military or incline also if that helps...

    (Right) Testing adduction and internal rotation.

    I can do that with my left hand, right scapula but not my right hand, left scapula :(
