Shoulder Pain

    my right shoulder is killing me.
    i get a sharp pain between my delts just behind my front delt.
    i feel like i can lift more but unable to due to the pain.
    my form on my exercises are correct.
    i'm not going real heavy on my weight.

    any suggestions?

    mine just aches 24/7, really bad if I try to sleep on it...it got pulled or something about 4 months ago.


    Don't feel much while lifting, but just sitting here its like a headache in the joint?

    I have this stupid sleeping habbit that i rest my head on my elbow/arm.
    I cant shake it off and i always have shoulder pain.

    let me ask you this, do u feel it in the muscle or in the joint?

    joint 10000000000000000% . Muscle has no pain, its inside the joint.

    i've recently started back up in the gym 3 weeks ago after taking 4 months off (school priorities).
    i sleep on my back while my gf lays on top of me but there are times when i do tend to sleep on my right shoulder while i sleep but have never really experienced pain thoughout my day except when workingout.
    the movements that hurts are shoulder presses, incline presses and dumbbell flys.

    judging by the comments it sounds like the joint.

    i'll have my gf sleep on the other side of the bed to start off with.
    i was told to eat plenty of bananas for the potassium to help bone joints.
    any suggestions on healing this issue?

    rest, heating packs, NSAIDS (advil, aleve)

    if you have insurance, go get that shit checked out by a dr. could be a lot of things.

    Heat just causes more inflammation, and in turn more pain.

    But yes, I agree 100% about the going to a doctor part.
