In the past, I tore my rotator cuff in two locations. For physical therapy, they gave me bands that were elastic, but did not have handles. Does anyone know where I can obtain these? I've been getting some shoulder pain after I lift and im wondering if its user error on my lifts or the possibility of needing physical therapy again. any suggestions?
