    What should I take for my joints?

    background, BJJ is going to make it worse or have stay constant so I would like to take something to help out my joints.

    lol..something torn years ago...my collar bone was broken at birth bc i was near death. ICU for a week FTL. That might be why it hurts more than an average person.

    Ill goto the doctor when I can tho.

    woot...my shoulder feels better.

    but now my elbow and tricep are fucked from training this morning. haha.

    compounding my body weight overand over to brace myself while practicing on one arm did my elbow in . I had to squeeze out every ounce of strength out of the same tricep over and over also in a short amount of time and it tightened up.
