shoulder hurts like a mofo

    i was trying to do some db bench and i was really tired, i pushed myself to the max and the db kinda fell , felt like my shoulder popped

    it's probably gonna hurt like a MOTHERFUCKER tomorrow morning, anyways, any remedies to speed up my recovery process?

    yea i'm gonna ice it tonight while im sleeping

    i guess i was just out of energy and i pushed myself way too hard

    my arm just gave out and the weight just fell....

    happened to me last week doing overhead presses. it hurt a little for 2-3 days then it was fine.

    I fucked my rotator cuff maybe 6 weeks ago or so. Every single time I step in the gym, I spend about 10 minutes working it with light weight, regardless what I'm at the gym for. Lots of light rotations, extensions, and raises (usually a 5lb or 7.5lb dumbell). It's already getting much better.

    And when you do pressing movements, if it hurts, just stop. Dont be stupid and push it (like I've been guilty of my whole life).
