shoulder health

    I feel like I'm getting a small amount of tendonitis in my right shoulder. what can I do to keep my shoulders healthy?

    - reduce your volume of pressing exercises, pullups/pulldowns, and shrugs

    - switch all pulldowns to (tall) kneeling pulldowns

    - increase your volume of rowing exercises, face pulls and external rotations

    - get ART

    - stretch the pecs and lats several times per day

    - perform foam rolling on your back

    - perform prone cobras (daily), YTWL's, prone shrugs, and scapular depressions on a pulldown machine

    Active Release Technique

    It's good shit, I plan on getting certified in some of it's areas.
