Shoulder exercises?

    What do you brolies do on your shoulder day to get monster delts?

    I feel like my shoulder development is lacking. Here is my should day breakdown

    4 sets dumbbell press
    4 sets upright row
    4 sets front raises
    4 sets lateral raises

    Anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?

    Do you do the same shit every week? Is that required in Durka law?

    Diversify bro.


    Start with bb press, insurgent press, or behind the neck bb press.

    Then go to standing rows, or cable raises. Add barbell front raises, bent over reverse flys, drop set side/front raises, etc.

    Switch it up.

    shrugs, db flys, i do bent over cable raises that have been pretty good to be.

    looks good to me..remember its all about intensity. You wont make muscle if youre jst going through the motions.

    My lats get hit pretty hard when I do a wide grip pull down. I go 10, 8, 8 and increase the weight by 20lbs each time.
