    I'll make it short.

I recently started benching with my elbows tucked, w/ arched back and shoulder blades squeezed together. It's been going good so far -- I don't bench as much -- but I do notice that I have no more shoulder pains. It's incredible. However, after 1 1/2 months of benching I noticed that my triceps have exploded (gotten significantly larger), but my front delts (basically all of my shoulder) is small and pitiful. I have a history of shoulder injuries -- therefore overhead press is pretty much avoided. What else can I do to hit shoulders hard without causing too much trauma to them (particularly the right one).

So much for the short post :o
    Sorry

    ((I hit wrong butons sometimes))

Start doing rotator cuff exercises to strengthen the smaller stabilizers that surround the cuff. That has helped me majorly because I had chronic pain in my right shoulder and now it doesn't bother me as much.

Do lateral raises as well as side raises. Arnold presses work GREAT for my shoulders, i get good separation, but I don't know if they will hurt your shoulders.
