MMA Shoulder dislocation

    just popped it out again training going for a double. Tried popping it in place but had to go to the hospital. Damn, more weeks off.

    I had one of these my advice take your time dude. I rushed back from mine (3 weeks) and its never been 100% since.

    It's the best injury that I can get. I was gonna be a Doctor of Phys Therapy focusing on shoulder rehab for a long time. Yea, I rest plenty. There's a lot of other things to keep me busy. All I'm gonna be doing is teaching classes.
