  1. most everywhere i look in the gym thats serious about what theyre doing in there have nice, round cannon ball lookin shoulders. ive been hitting mine pretty hard lately with some development but theres a dent in the back right under the skin where the bone is. what do i need to do to fill in that spot? more medial or rear delt exercises?
i used to train with someone but they never knew what the hell they were really doin cuz they relied on what the computer was telling them to do

    :noes: It's speaking

If you mean at the back of your delt, then yes, more rear delt developement is needed. I don't think muscles can have dents in them though... maybe muscle cars.

pics of said dent. for clarification, its not in the muscle, its like right between where the medial and rear delts should be meeting. it made me think that maybe there was something wrong with it cuz it wasnt connecting up higher. what do you all do for a full shoulder exercise to make sure more of the back part is covered?

It's just the space between the muscles and the bones. You can fill it in with bigger delts- I had that myself.
