Should women that lift for fat loss also break their workouts up?

    Like chest/tri's once a week, different body part the next day? They aren't really maxing out on weight, but are lifting enough weight and doing enough reps to breakdown the muscle. I would assume they should only train a body part once, maybe twice a week, correct?
