i just about at the end of 15 weeks of 5x5 training and im real happy with the strength gains

but i was thinking about doing an 8 week long hypertrophy kind of routine instead of continuing on with 5x5

    opinions?

feds are feds dude. if you're only 85lb off , knee wraps, suit and a bench shirt will get you there.

id wait till you get your 80 more pounds before switching. but it shouldn't hurt your numbers. in the long run increasing the muscles cross section can only help.

there is nothign wrong with USAPL it is a good federation

if you want to get some powerlifting gear go to titan, and ask them if they give a college discount. I knwo they give a highschool discount in texas atleast.
