I'm starting to wonder if I should start doing light cardio. I've been working out for 7 months now and I've been bulking the whole time. I've developed a little flab around my lower chest, and I've noticed I've developed a belly, although I'm not sure if my posture makes it worse than what it is or what.

I've cleaned up my diet a lot from what it was and I havent seen much progress.

I'm 6ft 184 and I wanted to bulk until or maybe even into the beginning of summer, but I've hit a plateau with my weight and I haven't moved from 184 in weeks. I'm still seeing some muscle development and some strength increases, just my weight hasn't changed. My abs are a little visible, so I'd guess I am around 15% BF, give or take.

Should I just start light cardio now or should I continue to bulk because I don't have that much mass and start cardio in a couple months?

    Now onto the pics.

In the 2nd pic that was right after a protein shake and meal, but my stomach doesn't change much from that throughout the day.

How much weight have you gained since you started bulking and what were you're starting calories?

I've gained 34lbs since first starting. I have no idea what my calories were I didn't keep track of them.

If you want to continue bulking, which I suggest you do, you probably need to increase your calories. I'm assuming you've not really changed how much you've eaten since you started working out, yet you've gained 34 lbs. Also, by trying to eat cleaner I bet you're taking in fewer calories then before, stalling you at the weight your at.

I don't think its necessary for you to start cutting unless you want to for the summer, but if you want to bulk through the summer go ahead, but I feel that you're going to have to eat more to continue gaining weight.

I'd like to get rid of the flabby chest and gut but I know if I cut I'm going to lose weight from everywhere, and I don't have that much mass to begin with. :(

Well I think I've decided that I'm going to throw some cardio into my routine. I guess it couldn't hurt too much.

How does everyone feel about doing sprints for for 10-15 mins over doing long distance running?

I don't understand why so many men at the gym expend such effort in developing every muscle and completely ignore working the heart muscle. Makes zero sense. Do some cardio for your health. Check out the precor. It's the best! :)
