i was at the doctor the other week for a phsysical, and while i was there i asked him about a sharp pain i get sometimes when i lift in my shoulder.... he told me it was tendonitis and that i need to take a break and let it heal. also, recently it feels like the bones in my forearm area are really bothering me. any idea what that might be? i guess what i was just wondering is if you guys ever take a week off after every few months of lifting. i hate skipping even one day, so missing an entire week isnt going to be much fun. can i expect to lose any weight on my lifts?
