After splurging so much for the Easter holidays I decided I needed to go back to working out and eating more healthy to get some fat loss. My newbie question is how light should I start out at lifting. I know I’ll be real sore, but I just don’t want to pull anything. I had someone say go all the way and get the soreness out of the way, but others say to start kinda light but enough weight to actually do something, then once that soreness is over you can add on more weight. I am new to this so suggestions are very welcome.
