I'm getting a new motherboard and CPU (A64 3000+ and GIGABYTE nForce3 150). Everything else is going to be kept the same.

Do I need to do a clean install now or can I wait for Windows 64-Bit?

Always reformat. Think of it as an opportunity to clean house.
