As I stated in a recent post, I sprained my ankle pretty badly playing basketball. Anyways, it is finally feeling somewhat normal, however, today i tried to jog VERY VERY slowly and i felt pressure/a slight pain. I have been doing the leg curl machine and hamstring machine but i am afraid to do squats, leg press, calves just yet. I know that the sprain is not fully healed and definitely don't want to reinjure it. Should I Just keep doing leg curls and hamstring curls only until my ankle is 100%, not 85 or 90%. Obviously if I cant run at an extremely slow pace, it's still not right. Should I wait it out a 2-3 more wks.?
