Im not sure if this is the best place for this...but w/e

At work there is this pretty cute girl and another co-worker (who is a major douche bag) is always touching and poking her. she always tells him to stop, but this has been going on for as long as i've been there (about 4 months) and he doesnt seem to get that what hes doing is sexual harassment and continues to do so even have she has told him not to.

It really bothers me and I want to do something about it. Should I inform my manager about whats going on or should i just stay out of it? if she hasnt said anything to mamagment about it then maybe i should just leave it alone?

    thanks

Have you ever talked to her about it to see how she feels? You can encourage her to talk to the manager but I wouldn't go talk to them yourself.

stay out of it. she should be reporting this.

if you bring it up she may deny it just bc she doesnt want to deal with it, get him in trouble, etc.... then you'll just look like an idiot.

Her problem, not yours. Any attempt to help her out just says "In some way, I don't think of you as an adult who can deal with her own problems".

talk to her first. she might like the attention.

slap her on the butt and tell her she's doing a great job.

wow 4 months? Maybe this girl really can't stand up for herself. I'd say something to her about it and see how she reacts. If you're ever talking to her just be like "oh by the way what is with you two? Sometimes it looks like he is harassing you or something?" If she is like "yeah he is a creep and he won't fucking stop" then maybe you should hint at her to tell the manager because it's distracting to you. If she is like "oh it's ok he's just weird" then she probably likes it or something.

talk to her first and get her to report the incident. if she refused to report the incident, then she has to deal with the consequences of that choice.
