    6lb of NitroCore 24 (56 servings) is $41 shipped. 200cal/5fat/14carb/24protein
4lb of Casein (also 56 servings) is $38 shipped. 120cal/1fat/4carb/24protein

I have whey protein isolate for PWO...I need something for other times of the day e.g. in the morning for breakfast or later at night. Is the much broader blend of proteins in the NitroCore better than straight Casein?

I've never had either. The price difference is only $3...the Casein has a much "leaner" profile (less fat and carbs), but considering I'm looking for something to replace meals from time to time the blend with more cal/fat/carbs may be better :dunno:

    Edited for clarity.

Sounds like the casein is for you then.

Que? I think based on what I said the NitroCore would be better unless I'm missing something.

Edit: I'll leave it up in case someone else wants to compare the two.

ive tried the chocolate, vanilla, and cookies n cream for ON Casein. i highly recommend going with cookies and cream. the other flavors get old pretty fast.

I heard ON casein fucking sucks. Why not get some Ultra Peptide 2.0, Syntha6, or Dymatize 12 hour protein?

i would do the 4lb so you can manipulate your own macros(but that's something I do), if you dont do that then the 6'er is fine.

Do you have a link to where you are getting this?

I got really lucky...it was on sale for $37.99 and GNC had a 20% off thing that expired that night.
