I guess i must have slept at a weird angle, because 2 weeks ago i woke up with this pain in the upper left part of my left lat. the same day i did back and the next day my lat was cramped as fuck. it hurt to bend over and it hurt to breathe in deep if i was slouched over. now, i still have the pain, but not as bad. last week i did a set of pull ups and the next morning the pain got worse, but its been getting a little bit better each day. should I go to the doctor? or is he just going to tell me to stay out of the gym for a week more?
