Or is it a waste of money?
i think it's a waste of money. some of my friends have tried it before and talked about what a pump they've gotten, but I'd rather buy food for the money
No don't buy it
Yes, you'll get it right here....
Get it... It'll open up your arteries and flow tons of blood to your muscles.
And that helps in two places, one is in the gym, the other is in bed.
Is there any real scientific evidence of this?
Yes there is tons of evidence. Just do a search.
My brother takes every supp out there and there is absolutely nothing to show. I take nothing but food and i've gained a lot more muscle that him. The majority of supps are just marketing hypes and are just a waste of money and dont' really do anythign.
dude your av is hilarious
real scientific evidence has shown the toxicity potential of NO supplements. straight up, they are dangerous. not worth the risk just to get pump. they are media-hyped supplements, stay away.
just get some creatine
to your mother.
