    eating cereal before I go to bed once in a while?

    I'm talking cheerios with a little bit of sugar, in skim milk. Is it that bad?

    OMG no way, eating food before bed = all food converted to fat, also it raises your estrogen levels and drops your test levels. and the boogey man will come and revert your muscles to a catabolic state :hsugh:

    no, eat food, jesus. your body does most of it's repairing of muscle at night. it needs food to do so
