I notice that I don't have much of an appetite when I'm sick. Soup doesn't give me enough cals and protein. The only thing I do notice is that I need to drink lots of water. I just drink a ton of pedialyte, gatorade, water, and tea. So should I eat differently when I'm sick?

EDIT: I do try and get some protein shakes in but should I keep carbs/fats high?

Maybe try a protein shake to help keep your protein intake up. When I'm sick I find that drinking is easier than eating.

    Hope you feel better.

You doing great with the hydration. When I'm sick, for some odd reason, I crave McDonalds!!

At least you can blame the sickness. When I'm sober and awake, I sometimes crave McD. It's a sickness in and of itself. :hs:
