should I cut it out?

    I have been on Hydroxy-cut for about 3-weeks now ( I cycle on and off). Well starting next week I am going to start taking CEE as well as protein. My concern is: Hydroxy-cut has caffeine and gives a boost in my energy, but I know that CEE will also give me energy boosts... So is taking both at the same time going to be "too much" for my body and cause irregular sleeping habits and "high's and lows" throughout the day? I was thinking about just cutting the Hydroxy-Cut out of my diet since I only use it for hunger suppression and energy in my work out... (I get it super cheap though, so dont flame, lol)

    creatine doesn't give you an energy boost

    Creatine isn't a stimulant, and shouldn't cause an stimulant like effects, i.e. shakiness, insomnia, paranoia, etc... It will simply provide more "stored energy" that is tapped by physical exertion.

    So no, adding CEE is no reason to stop taking Hydroxycut if you are otherwise satisfied with hydroxycut.

    Yeah I knew CEE would give me energy bursts of from stored energy while doing physical exertion, but I thought it also helped give you energy throughout the day... O well, now I can take both.
