I've been lifting for about a year now. I started out just kind of fucking around with no real program. For the last 6 months or so I've been following the 5x5 program. I was just thinking, if I want more size gains, should I:
    1) keep doing it
    2) ditch it for pure isolation work or
    3) still squat/deadlift/power clean and somehow incorporate isolation stuff into each of the three days per week?

because there are some muscle groups that I never feel stress on unless I do isolation stuff on them, like traps, biceps, forearms, calves

NEVER EVER get rid of your heavy compound movements...thats your bread and butter. Isolation shit is whip cream.

start your workout with a nice big compound exercise or two and then move on to isolation (eg bench, then flys, then tris)
