milan from california pizza kitchen was pretty damn good with a full chicken caesar salad

but seriously, psychologically i need pizza
i'm about to endulge on some chedder/sour cream chips with french onion dip.
these chips are good... on my second back these couple weeks... supposed to be 'healthier'
do it... but then go on a long clean food run.
12 servings. 160 calories each serving.
i'm almost done with the bag
what do you consider long ? like 6 days ? that's where i'm at.
6 days clean/1 day eat whatever i want so i dont killmyself.
5 days for me... the other 2 days i just make sure to get enough protein... again, this is not the quickest way to reaching your goal/making progress obviously
might as well get a tub of icecream too fatty

i plan on doing this till i get too old for it. So i'll just take it easy and enjoy eating
if you get the "lightly salted" chips you'll see that there's like 3 ingredients: potatoes, safflower oil, and salt. They've even pretty low in sodium... Mass produced stuff still can't be too good for you regardless but at least the ingredients are better than most the junk food out there.
their mustard and honey chips are off the chain

I ate an entire Red Baron frozen pizza for lunch. I still feel like ass, but it was SOOOOOOOOO good.
