honestly I don't know. Right now I'm more of bulking/eating at maintenance than anything. even thought I really don't watch my cal intake, I just eat when I'm hungry and make sure I get enough protein in every meal I eat. I would really hate to dissect my diet, I stick to the basics most of the time. Right now I'm 6'3" around 260. My last max bench was 295 and squat/dl are around 275 with good form. My goals right now are just to push heavy weight, I would like to loose fat but really what I want to do right now is push heavy weight. I would like to at least be in the 400+ in the big 3 by the summer and I think I can do it. My bench has been shooting up like crazy ever since I start to eat like a mother fucker. My brother (who also post on this forum) kind of did the opposite. He cut down a lot of fat but is now at a plateau. I want to be pushing heaving weights before I start to cut. But I guess really the question is should I bulk from a low bf% or high bf%? That is why I get so confused on this forum because there is so much information thrown around.
