    I'm going to be getting:

    AMD Athlon XP 2800+ (Barton)
    ATI Radeon 9800 Pro
    512MB pc2700 CorsAir RAM
    Lite-on DVD-ROM
    Lite-on CD-RW
40 Gig WD 7200 RPM HDD (special edition)
80 Gig WD 5400 RPM HDD
All running on an Asus a7n8x delux mobo.

I'm wondering if an Antec 350 watt Smart Power power supply would be sufficient for this. My other option is:
"450W AMD approved Power Supply, Powered by Foxconn (Austin)"
I've not heard of Foxconn (Austin) before (plus I like the Antec case better since it doesn't have an ugly window). Any recommendations?

Look at the Antec Performance AMG 1080 case it comes with a 430W powersupply, and can be had for $118 at Newegg.

Personally I'm going to get a 550 W Antec TrueControl for my new P4 2.6 rig.

ehh, 350 is pushing it in my opinion. I'de keep a close eye on everything. Once you start seeing something screw up i'de get that PS checked out asap. I personally wouldn't use anything less then 400w for that type of system.
