im trying to build strength. i lift three days a week mon-wed-fri and do rugby practice tues thurs. Im wondering if i should add more reps anywhere. i got this from a magazine and simplified it but now im wondering if i should have left it how it was.

    truth here

strength training works best with 5 or less reps, sometimes as low as 1-2 reps...squats, presses, and deadlifts

ab work and curls can go 6 or more reps, usually 6-12, more for ab moves (>12)
