Went up with the intention of hiking and stargazing, but it ended up snowing the entire time we were there :o

Didn't get to take as many pictures as I wanted to because it was snowing and really windy–here are the non-standard shots:

Edit: All of these were taken with the 24-105 f/4L I rented. I'm pretty impressed with how sharp they are. Makes my Tamron 17-50 look that much softer.

I take back the things I said about the 24-105. It's quite sharp.

I saw 2 or 3 convertibles in Big Bear with their tops down when it wasn't snowing. Meanwhile I'm sitting in my sedan with the heat cranking and seat warmers on because it's ~20-30 degrees outside :eek4:

I'm not, I'm just a fan of cars that handle well. If you got to travel the road that I go to once or twice a month, you'd have a girly car too. At least it's not a miata.

We had dinner at Sweet Basil Bistro on Saturday night...I highly recommend that place. Grizzly Manor Cafe wasn't too bad either...their pancakes are HUGE.

    Haha...just messing with you.

I go to Big Bear also, few times a year. But Mammoth is going to own me this year, its so much better for snowboarding.

Is your beagle dumb as a rock too? My cousin has one, and all he cares about is food.

My roommates have puggles and they're dumber than dumb.

Puggles are a pretty good way to ruin a regular beagle.
