Damn what an interesting weapon. Great balance, great weight (extra weight of suppressor makes it feel better than the unsuppressed one that was there too).

3 of us put 500 rounds through the two MP5 that were there. Not a single jam or misfire. Very fun gun to play with.

Back to back, suppressed and regular MP5, the suppressed one is quieter than a hand clap.

No pictures or video from this trip, but I promise some video next time.

    Was it full auto?

How did you get to shoot one? Did you rent it at a range or something?

Yes, all of them are. A guy that works at my office (he's our Private Investigator) is a dealer. He has many.

I got an instant message from some cockface telling me that I shouldn't come into the gun forum as an unknown and make up shit about guns I don't own.

    People amaze me.

I didnt' say I owned anything.

I previously posted pictures, dozens of people requested more information, so I posted that I had shot them. Why would I make it up.

For those that didn't see the pictures:

    The one I do own.

I don't have a reputation of lying on OT and I don't need some fuckstick
playing School Patrol and harassing me on instant messenger.

I didn't write it down. It was late last night just before I went to bed. I logged on my rarely used AIM account and instantly got a message. I didn't put it all together until I checked and saw that my AIM is listed in my OT profile.

They only sent two messages. I replied asking who the hell they thought they were and they logged off.

The name was "AK___" (?) I just didn't save the message window.

I can check my AIM when I get home to see if it logged it.

They are obviously without balls or they would have hung around and chatted. Like I said, at first I thought it was a friend or they were joking, but it became apparent they weren't.

The punk is probably in 6th period right now writing a note to the girl in the next aisle.

Click on the "IM" buitton in the bottom left of your AIM window and then in the "TO" box you can scroll through the names of the past ~15 or so people that messaged you and his name should be right there.

Did you shoot the 21A w/ the Gemtech can? I'm thinking of getting a can with my tax return, and had just planned to put it on a P22, but a Bereta could be fun too.

That HK53 may just be my favorite military pattern rifle. Did you get to shoot it? Is that a price tag on it?

Yes, I did. It's quite a nice piece.

I have only been around Gemtech suppressors (and only on 4 occasions) so I can't speak to its effectiveness, but that .22 was the same noise (or quieter) than a handclap.

I shot an H&K Tactical .45 recently with a Gemtech suppressor. I won't say it was quiet, but it was definitely a ton quieter than without a suppressor.
It was a nasty, mean, smoky quiet, but it was damn fun.

Yes, I got to shoot it. Very interesting weapon.

No, it's not a price tag. It probably says "post sample" or "pre sample" depending on what it is. I looked at all the tags on his automatic weapons and they all said that.
