I guess too much embarassment about the "aiming sights"?

Ya, the targeting sub-routine in my CPU has been acting up lately too, so my sights have been worthless. Can neural net computers get virii? :noes:

The dot and post sights on the M9 are standard on all Sig's. They're certainly not for precision shooting, but you're able to acquire your target and get a good sight picture with them a lot quicker than standard 3 dot sights.

I didn't like the sights on my old Beretta 92 INOX maybe it was the red dots, but I love the Trijicons on my 92 Brigadier! :coold: Even the factory sights on the Brig were good.

Dude, dot/post sights are just as accurate as triple-dot sights. You just have to get used to them. It's kind of like going from leaf sights to peep sights.
