Shot a band last week. Admittedly I'm a little rusty cause it's been a few months since I shot one but I'm happy overall. Just felt like sharing and maybe get some critiques:

I wish we had more time to do more group shots but they needed individuals and that killed a lot of time.

Great stuff! I like them all and I like the tone. #3 is awesome and the standout. The lighting is great and I'm really digging #5 and #6 for the individuals. Great use of WIDE on #6.

    Care to elaborate on lighting?

1, 4, 5, 6 are cool. 1 would be my fav. 2 and 3 look a bit off with the wide angle (people on the far left and right edges).

i dont like the shadows people are casting on each other in 1 and 2.

the other pics, i dont think blown out white is the best background for a bald white guy.

Ya, there was something odd about 1 and 2, he hit it spot on.

Also, in the blown out white group shot, the Indian band member is out of view while the Aryan brothers are taking up all the light (one member is halfway cut off in the middle back).

Lol, thanks guys, thats kind of the things I noticed as well. That one of them dancing around was just something they were doing while I was setting up for the next group shot so it wasnt anything but I kinda liked it.

They look great just the distortion in #2 was killing me. But the distortion actually kinda worked out in a couple of the pics. Good job!
