I'm looking at picking up some detailing stuff for my black Acura TL and figured I'd see if I'm missing anything:

-Porter Cable 7424xp Polisher (whenever it comes out lol)
    -Meguiars M205
    -Meguiars M105
    -3M Ultrafine Polish
    -Clearkote vanilla moose wax

I'm really not sure what type (or how many) pads I should buy when I order everything. Does you guys have some recommendations? Feel free to suggest other products if you think I could get better results.

    Thanks :x:

    Acura TL Crew FTW! :h5:

Don't forget microfiber towels. I recommend a quality glass cleaner and a waffle weave microfiber towel. Everyone seems to like something different on glass.

I use Armor All Tire Foam on my wheel wells and tires, after cleaning.

Don't forget the clay. You can use ONR (following the directions) for Clay Lube.

What are you going to use for a wax or sealant? Vanilla Moose is a polish, not a wax.

Lake Country is good. I also have some old Wolfgang pads that have held up well. Look through the brands, understand what color provides what level of correction. See if they have packages that gives you one of each level.

If you're new TL has metallic paint, I very highly recommend the Werkstatt polish and sealant. It makes metallic flek pop like crazy! See here: http://forums.offtopic.com/showpost.php?p=115170919&postcount=450
