    plan on buying supplies off of BB.com this what im thinkin ill get

    Caffeine caps
    Green tea extract
    Glutamine
    Creatine
    Whey (of course)
    Casein (if the money is there)

    am i missing anything? Im trying to build up some over the summer

    Its only worthwhile use is for intestinal problems.

    top 10 supps?

    There are 2 types of people who actually have 10 supps they consider "top 10" at all... people who take too many thinking it's helping them and people on gear who basically need it for support.

    To the hoi polloi of lifters, you need the bare minimum of supps.

    Add supps as you need them, not as you want them.
