Last night after squatting I decided to jump on the incline leg press where my buddy was training... I used to love that machine and havent done it in a while. Anyway, I didnt warm up or stretch as I usually do before squatting (just a quick 3 min jog and 1 minute sprint, and a couple mins of weak stretching) but my squats were fine and strong. I started lightly with the incline press, however as I got heavier in weight I felt a weird burn sensation behind my knee and up into my hammy. I have never felt anything like this before... I stopped doing it (though I repped out a few on a heavy set when I felt it) and left as it felt real uncomfortable. Today I cant squat down without a shooting pain in my leg. The action of pulling my leg which is straign to a bent position like squatting hurts like crazy.. perhaps did I do something to a tendon?
